Menthon Raid

On October 3, 2026, Menthon-Saint-Bernard will host the second edition of the Menthon Raid, created by the Filos association. The event offers participants a different way to discover the area between lake and mountains, combining sport, heritage and solidarity.

Designed as a multi-discipline adventure, the Menthon Raid takes participants through the iconic landscapes of Menthon-Saint-Bernard, turning the surrounding area itself into their playground.

An adventure between lake and mountains

The Menthon Raid is completed in teams of two and combines several disciplines: running, swimming, run & bike and hiking. Along the way, participants will discover the shores of Lake Annecy, village trails and the surrounding peaks, with a memorable section through the grounds of Menthon Castle.

For those looking to take part in a more accessible format, the Raidonnette offers a 4-kilometre route between the village and the lake, to be completed either running or walking. It is an opportunity for everyone to join this sporty and friendly event, whatever their level.

Sport with a purpose

For this second edition, Filos is once again supporting two associations: the Comité Féminin 74, which works to promote breast cancer prevention and screening, and Un Monde pour Arthur, which raises awareness of Coffin-Lowry syndrome, promotes inclusion and helps fund the medical care and travel required by Arthur.
