2026 Regional Meeting

We had the pleasure of bringing together the France-Monaco agencies of Sotheby’s International Realty from our region, spanning the Rhône, lakes, and mountains, in the distinguished setting of the Palace de Menthon.

The day was dedicated to strategic discussions on the luxury real estate markets, our performance, and future outlook, fostering a shared vision and collaborative approach.

A key highlight focused on the latest developments of our Agence Plus software, presented by Cyrille Tanchon, along with advancements in artificial intelligence. These innovations enhance our operational efficiency, allowing us to devote more time to what matters most: client relationships, while maintaining a level of excellence aligned with the expectations of an international clientele.

We were also pleased to welcome Paulo Fernandes, Director of Paris Ouest Sotheby’s International Realty. His contribution provided valuable insights into team dynamics, inter-agency synergies, and collaborative opportunities across the network.

Beyond performance, this event highlights the strength of the Sotheby’s International Realty network in France, a leading name in luxury real estate, with more than 80 offices and a well-established international presence.
