The past year was highlighted by landmark transactions, confirming the exceptional vitality of the market in the Annecy basin and the Aravis region. Among these, we finalized the sale of an extraordinary contemporary villa in Veyrier du Lac for €4 million, as well as a historic property in Annecy-le-Vieux, whose transaction exceeded €4.2 million. These were joined by an elegant 19th-century bourgeois residence sold for €3.5 million, along with several prestigious addresses in Petit Port and on Avenue d’Albigny, all completed with the utmost discretion, a fundamental value of our House.

In total, these operations represent over €41 million in transactional value, yet beyond the numbers, they embody the rare and privileged trust we share with our clients.
