This allows him to have a daily menu for his alpine restaurant. “Depending on the seasons, and selections from the market, I offer specialities from the Lyon and Savoie areas.”
Dishes cooked with love, which can be savoured on the terrace facing the Alpages or comfortably nestled next to the ”bourne” in the intimacy of the
dining room.
